-50 by age 50

I have a goal and 10 months plus a few weeks to gitterdun! I have joined a Gym, obtained a trainer, started Isagenix, and am working with Dr. Braden of Valley Spine and Sport to get my body in alignment, fix my pump bump on my achilles tendon and get rid of my knee pain. I can just see me now doing all the fun stuff I want to do when I am at my goal weight. Skydiving, River Rafting, Run a short Race (if my doc says ok), Shopping, Hiking, LIVING. I am writing this now while I am feeling like I CAN DO IT, so I can read it on the days I doubt myself, I have a feeling these days will come. You have made a choice to change your life style, don't expect FAST results, it is not all about the # but how much better you are starting to feel. After you accomplish this you will have the desire to accomplish even more. Don't listen to that old voice in your head telling you you can't, YOU CAN and YOU WILL. Remember you are doing this for YOU and not for anyone else. Take the time for yourself, BE SELFISH. It is your time now. Keep the FIRE even if other people in your life start to go in another direction, If it is not good for you or something that makes you happy and fulfilled you don't have to do it. I believe in you!
